Our Family’s Story, Serving Deltona Homes

We’re Josh and Crystal Franklin. In 2004, we started JFH Softwash with a simple purpose: support our family through work that serves our Central Florida neighbors. Deltona Softwash by JFH Softwash is the local expression of that same family business, not a separate story invented for a new city.

The anchor reminds us where our purpose begins.

For us, that foundation is Jesus. Our faith shapes how we make decisions and how we want people to feel when they work with us: respected, listened to, and treated honestly.

Our four children grew up in Central Florida while the business grew alongside them. That history keeps the work personal. A home belongs to a family with its own plans and concerns, just as ours does.

When a Deltona homeowner calls about a dark roof slope or a tired-looking exterior, we want to hear more than an address. Which areas matter to you? What condition are the materials in? What would make the visit useful?

We believe a clear conversation should come before a commitment. Understanding the proposed cleaning, the surfaces included, and the limits of the work helps you decide what is right for your property.

We’re grateful for the opportunity to earn a living while building relationships close to home. Faith, family, integrity, and care for people remain the values we want our business to reflect.

That is what stands behind the Deltona Softwash name.

Thank you for taking time to get to know us. Whether you are comparing services or preparing your first request, we appreciate the chance to be considered for your home.
